3. One-Time Passes
EasternReset sells one-time access passes. Each pass is a single, non-recurring payment. There is no automatic renewal, and we will never charge you again without a new, separate purchase.
Access begins immediately after purchase and ends when the pass term ends. Manual renewal is required to continue access.
Lifetime passes last for the product’s lifespan, not a human lifetime. We reserve the right to discontinue a product with reasonable notice. If we discontinue a product you purchased as a lifetime pass, we will provide access to an equivalent product or a prorated consideration.
4. Refunds
All passes are digital goods with instant access and are therefore non-refundable once access has been delivered. Free preview tools and sample content exist so you can evaluate the site before paying. We stand behind our editorial quality: if you follow a published protocol for 30 days and see zero benefit, or if you find a verified factual error in content you relied on, contact us — we handle technical faults and material errors case by case.
