1. Our Commitment
EasternReset aims to make every page usable by everyone, including people using assistive technology. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our working standard, and we review the site regularly to keep it there.
2. What We Do
- Use clear, semantic headings and a logical reading order.
- Provide descriptive alt text for meaningful images.
- Keep color contrast within AA guidance and never rely on color alone to convey meaning.
- Support full keyboard navigation, with visible focus states.
- Design responsive layouts that work on small screens and with browser zoom.
- Write in plain language and keep content free of autoplaying media.
- Respect reduced-motion preferences where animations are present.
3. Known Limitations
Some older downloadable documents may not be fully accessible to every assistive tool, and checkout pages operated by third-party payment providers follow their own accessibility standards, which are outside our control. If a document you need is not accessible, contact us and we will provide it in an alternative format.
4. Feedback
If you hit an accessibility barrier on EasternReset, please tell us. Email [email protected] with the page address and a description of the issue. We respond within 5 business days and work to fix problems promptly.
5. Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. We review new content and design changes against the same standard before they go live, and we update this page as our practices evolve.
